Order Process

To proceed with your guaranteed on-time order:

PAYMENT REQUIRED

We prefer Checks, but will also accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American
Express, and Discover. Terms can also be issued for business to business clients.

ARTWORK

After you have your artwork in the appropriate DVD Copycat templates, you can email them to us(if under 25MB). If you are not sure of the size or it’s larger than 25mg, just upload the art via FTP by clicking the link below. Or you can mail it along with your master.

CRITICAL INSTRUCTIONS

Please submit artwork at 300 dpi as an un-flattened/un-merged file to make sure template lines are not printed. If you don't know what this means, please call us for help. If artwork is not properly templated it will delay your delivery date. If you supply artwork not in the correct DVD Copycat Template, there is a $95 template adjustment fee.

RECEIPT AND CONFIRMATION OF ART AND MASTER

Materials must be received in by 11am. Once we receive your art and master we will run an initial quality check to ensure the disc is ok and that your artwork meets our requirements for high quality printing. Your dedicated account representative will then contact you to get your approval to proceed with your project. You will be informed of the ship date and any other required details of you order.

SHIPPING

DVD Copycat guarantees to ship your product on time. All items are shipped via UPS Ground or Freight unless otherwise specified. Expedited shipping is available at the customers request.
